Lana Barshinger

Modernized Talent Center Director

Lana Barshinger serves as a Modernized Talent Center Director at AMIIC. As a member of AMIIC’s Talent Development team, she coordinates customized, skills-based training programs that prepare future employees and upskill current employees within the DOD Additive Manufacturing industry in the Redstone Arsenal area.

Lana is passionate about helping people excel in their careers and lives both inside and outside of the workplace. With 13+ years of experience in the talent development field working with a highly technical workforce in a DOD aerospace organization, she has influenced hundreds of professionals in a variety of talent development roles including training program management, instructional design, leadership coaching, and learning facilitation.

In addition to her professional talent development experience, Lana has over 30 years of experience working with volunteer leaders and teams in nonprofit and community organizations in various locations.
