WorkbasED is an intentional collaboration between industry, schools, nonprofits, government, and economic development organizations. Its mission is to create a talent pipeline for the most rapidly evolving industries. WorkbasEd provides high school seniors with real world work experience, including compensation and mentorship, all designed to help participating students transition from high school to career. We are proud supporters of this program to contribute to North Alabama’s highly skilled workforce.
