For industry companies, we offer a nominal fee. The base costs charged to for-profit entities for single-room facility use are: $100 – up to half day (up to 4 hours) $200 – full day (up to 8 hours)

Every room is fully equipped with televisions for presentations, HDMI hookups, Clickshare, mobile whiteboards, and OWL Lab Meeting Camera capabilities to facilitate seamless virtual meetings, while each table features built-in power outlets for convenient laptop usage.
We offer coffee and water for every event.
Please note, the AMIIC staff does not cater or serve meals for community events. For your convenience, boxed and catered meals can be delivered to the AMIIC facility. Our team is here to assist you with set-up and clean-up. Hosts are responsible for providing their own cutlery, napkins, paper plates, and cups.
